Why I Started Frosten

I’m John Frosten, and I built this brand because the men around me including myself needed something better.

For years, I dealt with embarrassing sweat, leaks, and boxer lines showing through my clothes. The daily discomfort. The constant checking. The quiet anxiety.
Every “premium” underwear I tried failed in real life. Too thin, too bulky, not absorbent enough, or simply not designed for men who move through long days, workouts, stress, and life.

Nobody was making underwear that actually solved the problem.

So I decided to build it myself. 

A Real Solution, Not Another Boxer

Twenty years ago, while working inside the clothing industry, I learned how most underwear is made  cheap fabric, thin liners, and marketing that says “performance” but delivers none.

I wanted something different:
leakproof protection, real comfort, zero bulk, and a fit men actually feel confident wearing.

So I spent years testing fabrics, structure, stitching, and absorbent technologies.
The result became the foundation of Frosten:
